Is it OK to eat gelato everyday?
Is it truly advisable to indulge in gelato on a daily basis? Wouldn't the high sugar content and potential lactose intolerance lead to long-term health implications, such as weight gain or digestive issues? Or could there be benefits to such a habit, perhaps in moderation, that we're overlooking? After all, gelato can be a delightful treat, but is it wise to make it a daily routine?
